Eric Wojnicki brings over 28 years of real estate experience in areas including residential sales,
commercial sales, leasing, mortgages, building/development and property management to VYLLA.
Eric got his start in real estate in 1997 as a real estate agent and in 2003 transitioned into the role of
broker/owner of an independent real estate brokerage. As owner of a building firm, he has
managed all facets of custom built single-family home construction and development throughout
the suburbs of Illinois along with numerous rehabs of single and multi-family dwellings within
Chicago. He has served as a property manager for investors as well as his own private investment
portfolio and provided various real estate consulting services on the corporate and private level.
Eric's passion for real estate and his attention to his clients needs is what drives him. He earned his
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in 2000. He is an
Illinois licensed managing real estate broker, a licensed community association manager, a member
of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe), the National Association of Realtors (NAR),
the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and the
Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR).
